Suzanne Harris PhD

I was born and raised in the Staffordshire countryside, where I spent most of my time in the fields with my nose buried in my books. I now live in Wales, in a beautiful rural cottage with my family and our wonderful dog, Milo, a continuous source of amusement.

I've written all my life but finally became a published writer in 1996 when my poem, Robert, was accepted for publication in a small anthology. I then went on to study Creative Writing with the Writers Bureau - where I later became a tutor. I also have a PhD in English Language and a Masters degree in English Literature.

After selling my first book, Writers’ Wonderful Web, my life hasn't been the same. It's fun, exciting and I never have enough time, but I enjoy every minute of it. After a lot of hard work, tears, perseverance and more patience than I ever thought I possessed, I’m finally doing something I love - writing. I’m living my dream.
